Thursday Lunch

It's amazing how taking pictures of my food makes me want to eat healthier. I would have normally just had popcorn for my side and probably would have eaten while fixing Caroline's food. This makes me want to sit down and eat healthier and slower!

Green giant immunity boost veggies - 2 pts (I think, b/c I went back for seconds)
