So far, so good

I hate posting this just after Lyn's time of feeling icky and not being able to walk...but, I've been to the gym everyday this week thus far! I've done my four miles, walked about 12,000 steps each day (thanks to my pedometer), and been drinking lots of water. In fact, I think I'm gonna do a 5K in two weeks.
